Health and Safety Policies
It is our hope, for the safety of our staff and the community at large that we all do our part in observing our new guidelines to help create a safe environment.
Please
Wear a mask when you can’t maintain a social distancing of 6 feet.
Wash your hands one our newly installed hands-free sink regularly
Dry your hands on our UV light virus and germ-killing hand dryer
Generously use our touch-free dispenser of hand sanitizer that we left in the public area and kitchen.
Building Operations
Reducing touchpoints.
We installed another KISI card reader on the 1st-floor landing, you do not need to punch a code to open. You have the ease of touch-free unlocking 1st-floor landing, use the KISI App or your key card to enter the building.
We ask you to please use the elevator only when it’s empty and wear a mask inside the building until you arrive in your private office.
Let us aim to reduce “running” into people in the hallways and other public areas. We created a one-way system.
Please walk keep walking in the same direction you entered your studio to leave it (see map attached).
We installed HEPA filters in the HVAC and optimized the whole system to save energy.
We have a contact stream of HEPA filtered air to keep the air clean and safe for all of us.
Building Closures
Our location is open to members only with access granted via your Keycard and App access. We closed all foot traffic since mid-March, no hot desks in the public areas, we reduced seating on our public areas. Our 8 x 4 feet tables will now only accommodate 2 chairs to keep you safe and adhering to social distance.
We have installed a video bell and a remote doorman service to monitor traffic and reduce impact on our staff and members while orders or deliveries enter our floor. Our team is implementing regular disinfecting of all touch points and bi weekly deep cleaning and maintaining procedures and social distancing measures within our spaces.
Please abide by the mandates in our NY region and use proper hygiene and social distancing if traveling to a location.
